GDD-FLIP-OLED

This General Dynamics Canada display incorporates a state of the art OLED in a rugged "Flip-down" configuration that brings convenience, performance, affordability and survivability to Army land vehicles. Building on proven display technology currently in service in vehicles such as the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, LAV and AAAV, General Dynamics Canada has developed this compact solution for crowded military vehicles that require a high performance video display solution in a minimum space claim.

The 4-position positive detent flip hinge has a safety "break-over" characteristic, designed to protect the display and operator from accidental frontal impact. The display is protected and optimised for sunlight by General Dynamics Canada's proven impact resistant anti-smudge toughened cover-glass.
