General Dynamics Canada Awarded Contracts for
CH-147F In-Service Support Program

OTTAWA, ON, September 20, 2012 – General Dynamics Canada has been selected by The Boeing Company to provide engineering support services on the CH-147F In-Service Support program. This is in addition to the Maintenance Training Suite / Contractor Maintenance Support package awarded to General Dynamics Canada by Boeing in July.

Under the CH-147F Engineering Support Services program, General Dynamics Canada will work with Boeing on projects that include reliability, availability and maintainability support; systems and support engineering; integrated logistics; and structural integrity engineering services.

On the Maintenance Training Suite / Contractor Maintenance Support package awarded in July, General Dynamics Canada will provide materials, services and program management in addition to other support for the maintenance training suite. The company also will support Boeing in the transition of the maintenance training device from Boeing’s facility to the Training Centre in Petawawa.

Life-cycle support of the CH-147F will be delivered through a long-term Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program that includes full system logistics and training services.
